JP Morgan is creating a brand-new trading group . . .
100% focused on helping clients BUY Pre-IPOs including Airbnb, SpaceX and Palantir.
JP Morgan clients are demanding access to the most profitable Pre-IPO stocks.
These billionaires and hedge funds have seen the value of private stocks jump. For example . . .
Airbnb saw its value multiply by 20 times – from $1.3 billion in 2011 to over $26 billion today.
JP Morgan plans to launch a new trading group to focus on trading Pre-IPOs.
Traders will help clients secure shares of private companies months or even years before an IPO. This will allow JP Morgan clients to buy shares at a cheaper private market price.
“Many of our clients are looking at this as the next frontier,” explained JP Morgan’s head of equities trading.
JP Morgan is the first Wall Street firm to create a dedicated Pre-IPO trading group.
Unfortunately, the firm will only offer services to “institutional clients.” This means JP Morgan is ONLY going to help clients including hedge funds, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
JP Morgan clients with +$1 million accounts will NOT be allowed to participate in these deals.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley have helped wealthy clients buy Pre-IPOs for the last decade.
The IPO Boom of 2020
The market for IPOs is booming.
There have already been 112 IPOs in 2020. And another 143 private companies have filed to go public – and they’re waiting for approval.
The average new company has seen shares jump 43.9% from the IPO price.
This strong showing is encouraging investors to BUY shares of these deals – before they go public.
For the last decade, venture capital and private equity firms pumped billions into private technology stocks.
Today, there are 494 privately held companies that are venture-backed and valued at more than $1 billion.
The five most valuable private companies are:
- Airbnb: $26 billion
- Stripe: $36 billion
- SpaceX: $46 billion
- Didi Chuxing: $56 billion
- ByteDance: $140 billion
The Next Pre-IPO for 839% Profits
I’m expecting the IPO boom will continue for two to three years. And that means numerous opportunities to profit from new companies going public.
Most investors WAIT until these new IPOs start to trade. And they’ll BUY shares after they pop 50% in the first day of trading.
Others will try get shares at the official IPO price. But these shares are only available to clients at big banks like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. And only folks with +$10 million accounts will get shares.
That’s why I’m thrilled to share . . .
The billionaire’s Pre-IPO secret for grabbing shares – BEFORE a company files to go public.
My #1 Pre-IPO is a company that I call “the next Tesla Motors.” And shares could surge 839% after the stock goes public.
